About The Position

The Personal Bookkeeper will assist the owner of the company by managing personal finances and bookkeeping tasks. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of bills, while also providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in basic accounting skills including bank and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Solid understanding of accounts payable procedures.
  • Experience in reconciling personal credit cards.
  • Knowledge in using accounting software such as Quickbooks.
  • Knowledge using MS Excel.
  • Very organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain personal books and finances of Company owner.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Ensure bills are processed and paid timely.
  • Track credit card transactions.
  • Generate monthly spend report to owner.
  • General administrative duties, including but not limited to, scanning documents, sorting incoming mail, ordering supplies, and other duties as needed by owner/management.
