Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One plus year of sales or banking experience.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• Direct sales and customer service experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and manage time effectively.
• Cash handling experience.
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to analyze situations and solve complex issues.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and identify customer needs to suggest appropriate products.
• Develop new customer relationships and expand existing ones.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of all depository products and alternate delivery services.
• Research and resolve customer problems and inquiries.
• Interview consumer loan applicants and submit consumer and equity loans.
• Educate customers on all products and services, including online banking and mobile services.
• Engage in outside business development activities, including cold calling and community involvement.
