About The Position

The Personal Banking Representative (PBR) I is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by building relationships with both internal and external customers. This entry-level position requires proficiency in various customer service functions, including deposit processing, account management, and operational tasks, while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using available training programs and measurement tools.
• Process deposits, handle cash, and balance cash drawers accurately.
• Utilize various software applications to perform daily tasks with minimal errors.
• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of Alpine Bank's consumer and business products and services.
• Complete New Accounts training and manage consumer and commercial bank accounts for customers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operational functions such as wires, endorsements, basic bookkeeping, ATM settlement, vault balancing, and fraud detection.
• Generate correspondence to gather additional customer information to resolve concerns.
• Maintain regular and reliable on-site attendance as an essential function of the position.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Benefits

• Starting pay rate from $16.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience.
