The position of Service Representative I or II involves representing the bank in a courteous and professional manner. The representative is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and accurate services to customers, while also expanding the customer base through technical knowledge of retail services, products, and selling techniques. The role includes opening a variety of business and consumer deposit accounts after determining the customer's needs. Additionally, the representative performs Teller job functions such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, stop payments, cashier checks, and money orders, as well as processing account holds. The representative is also tasked with resolving a variety of customer complaints and inquiries, maintaining contact with customers through telephone or written communication as required.
