About The Position
The Personal Banker role involves providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment, focusing on cash transactions and account management. The position requires adherence to bank policies and accountability for achieving monthly new account production targets. Personal Bankers will engage with a diverse customer base, including a significant Spanish-speaking population, and will be responsible for processing various banking transactions accurately.
