About The Position
The Personal Banker is responsible for providing excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions. This role focuses on the daily sales initiatives and assumes a proactive role in customer interaction and service, including meeting with customers to discuss their specific banking needs in person and via phone. The Personal Banker will also spend significant time initiating outbound telephone calls focused on customer onboarding, prospecting new Retail customers, and cross-selling new and existing Retail banking relationships. Additionally, the Personal Banker assists the Banking Center Manager in targeted outside sales activities and participates in community service opportunities.
