The Personal Banker is responsible for promoting business for the Bank and maintaining good customer relations by performing as an active member of the branch office sales/service team. This includes conducting sales and cross-sales of all financial products and services to prospective and existing customers, completing documentation and performing point-of-sale processing of all types of new accounts and loan applications, identifying and referring prospective customers to the Wealth Management area of the Bank, providing direct teller service to Bank customers, and responding to inquiries and requests from customers. Additionally, the Personal Banker provides leadership and support to less experienced staff members.
