OCCU is hiring a Personal Banker (Enrichment Advisor) for our Bend team, offering a starting wage of $23.50$26.00 per hour plus incentives. Spanish-speaking candidates who pass a proficiency test earn an extra $2 per hour. The Enrichment Advisor provides OCCU members with professional, trustworthy service, consistently demonstrating empathy and authenticity. This role builds membership, assesses needs, and matches OCCU offerings to support financial wellbeing. Responsibilities include offering guidance, opening accounts, processing loans, and recommending products. Strong product knowledge, clear communication, and effective problem-solving are essential for handling complex concerns and establishing trust. Applicants need at least three years' experience in a comparable banking position, including responsibilities such as providing guidance, opening accounts, processing loans, and recommending appropriate products.
