This role is for an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) within Wells Fargo's National Branch Network, part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The position involves delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships, proactively reaching out to customers, and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with new accounts, service requests, and credit applications, while receiving direction from managers and exercising judgment within defined policies. The role requires developing an understanding of bank products and services to meet customer needs, demonstrating care, and referring customers to other bankers and partners as needed. As a SAFE position, it involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements, including acceptable background investigation results, and individuals must also meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
