About The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner. Full Time- OKC -Onsite Required shift: Full Time position - Onsite position/ Shift Hours-- 7 am to 4 pm (M-F) Individuals are required to work rotating weekends which include Saturday and Sunday. $5.00/Shift differentials are available for certain hours: Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12p to 4p.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems
• good typing skills
• a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations
• Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment is preferred
• Typing test required 30 wpm

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of banking products and procedures are a plus
• Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills are a plus
• Bilingual assessment required/If passed additional $2.00 per hour
