Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial institution or equivalent.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment.
Valid Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily in compliance with bank procedures.
Open new consumer accounts and assist customers with banking needs.
Promote bank products and services, providing recommendations based on customer needs.
Process account maintenance, check orders, debit cards, wire transfers, and dispute forms.
Ensure compliance with CIP, BSA, and other regulatory requirements.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Assist with vault balancing, ATM transactions, and branch opening/closing procedures.
