This position is based in Dayton, Ohio at the Airway Branch, operating in an in-office, collaborative, and supportive culture. The role involves acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. Personal Bankers are responsible for positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, engaging in proactive sales conversations through various interactions including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. They deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions, leverage partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships, and create customer loyalty through a differentiated experience. The role also includes educating customers on managing financial transactions using technology, applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, managing risk by adhering to policies and procedures, and participating in efficient and accurate branch daily operations. Employees are expected to be customer-focused and adept at managing risk within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
