The Personal Banker is responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet. The role involves positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, engaging in proactive sales conversations through various interactions including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Personal Bankers deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions, leverage partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships, and create customer loyalty through a differentiated experience. They educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources, apply product and procedural knowledge to solve problems, manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, and participate in efficient and accurate branch daily operations.
