Position Summary The Personal Banker position is a sales-through-service position that utilizes effective probing questions and active listening to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that benefit the member and deepen their relationship with the Credit Union. This position is responsible for providing a superior banking experience for the members of Amplify through engagements that are primarily conducted face-to-face, but increasingly by email and by phone. Interactions should personify our brand and create memorable, long lasting relationships. Efforts are primarily focused internally.
