Requirements

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to provide an excellent customer experience by easily connecting with customers in-person and over the phone.
  • Ability to meet personal and branch sales and customer services expectations.
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain adaptable to a variety of situations with an optimistic outlook that is aligned with our culture and Core Values.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone, ensuring financial needs are met through needs-based conversations and sales fulfillment.
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and make appropriate recommendations of products and services to achieve individual and team sales and service goals.
  • Educate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions that enhance their financial wellness and contribute to sales goals.
  • Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to bank specialists when appropriate, establishing relationships with other internal departments.
  • Receive tools, resources, and training for success and career advancement.
  • Be eligible to earn additional compensation through a quarterly incentive program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
