Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Banker; working knowledge of personal banking practices, rules, and regulations
Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic
A highly precise worker with strong adherence to established guidelines
Cooperative, supportive, and persuasive extravert
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive customer relationships using an array of products and services offered by the bank
Consistently achieve established business development and customer service goals, particularly in deposit growth
Develop quality prospects and Centers of Influence
Foster teamwork and personal banking knowledge in all assigned branches to ensure a positive customer experience
Ensure the delivery of customer service meets or exceeds expectations and adheres to the bank's standards and expectations
Attend events and participate in community activities that promote FNBC and personal banking services
