Responsibilities
- Process routine to moderately complex banking transactions accurately
- Open and service consumer and basic small business deposit accounts
- Build customer relationships by identifying financial needs and solutions
- Educate customers on digital and self-service banking channels
- Handle cash transactions and balance according to procedures
- Support basic consumer lending products such as personal loans and credit cards
- Meet individual service, referral, and activity goals
