The Personal Banker is responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well-being, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. The role involves positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, engaging in proactive sales conversations through various interactions including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Personal Bankers deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions, leverage partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships, and foster customer loyalty through a differentiated experience. They educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources, apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues, and manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures. Employees are expected to be customer-focused, understanding customer needs and leveraging this knowledge for customized solutions, and adept at managing risk in line with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
