Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships, proactively reaching out to customers, and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help them achieve financial success. Responsibilities include assisting customers with basic requests such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The position requires the ability to receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, as well as developing an understanding of bank products and services to meet customer needs. It also involves interacting with customers to build relationships, providing options for bank products and services, and referring customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners. This SAFE position involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms and/or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements, including acceptable background investigation results and Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
