The Personal Banker role focuses on providing excellent client service by acknowledging clients immediately, identifying and offering appropriate products and services, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. This position involves engaging clients and prospects in financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover additional financial needs, making recommendations, and following through on commitments. The Personal Banker maintains direct contact with both external and internal clients, offering proactive solutions and problem resolutions in line with the bank’s Breakthrough Client Service Standards. Key responsibilities include opening Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients, acting as a resource for Client Service Specialists by assisting with teller functions (including cash transactions) when necessary, and supporting the branch's goal of identifying and referring a wide range of bank products and services to internal business partners. The role also involves resolving client issues and requests with strong follow-through and building familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.
