Personal Bankers have direct interface with current and potential Bank customers. They provide services which include opening new accounts, explaining Bank products and services, solving customer problems, and responding to other customer requests. A Personal Banker must possess a thorough knowledge of all Bank products and services, fully understand and adhere to all federal and state laws and the policies of the Bank, as well as handle conflict situations. A positive and professional customer service attitude is essential. Personal Bankers may participate in programs aimed at identifying new customers and enhance the services of existing customers. Personal Bankers report to the designated Branch Manager and Market President. Personal Bankers provide Teller services to Bank customers by conducting transactions.
