About The Position

This position is the Office’s front line with regard to New Accounts, Consumer Banking, and Customer Service. Expertise and solid product knowledge is a must. Extensive customer contact to position the selling and servicing of multiple financial services/ products to broaden customer base. Assist w/merchant program and other duties as assigned. Administration of installment loans, Credit Line, Home Equity and real estate loan portfolios, servicing them as needed to ensure maximum profitability for the bank. Development of new business through the servicing of requests, calling on existing customers, identification and calling on potential customers, and representing the bank in community activities.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Requires a thorough knowledge of all types of consumer deposit and loan accounts.
• 2-years business related degree and/or financial institution or related experience or equivalent training and/or experience.
• Will have extensive public and telephone contact and therefore requires excellent communication and organizational skills and professionalism.
• Computer word processing and spreadsheet knowledge and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Bank Operations knowledge and skills a plus.
• Previous experience using ITI Platform, Decision Pro, and Laser Pro.
