The Personal Banker is responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service. This involves managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well-being, collaborating with ecosystem partners to increase customer's share of wallet, and positioning PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty. The role requires driving proactive sales conversations through various interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Personal Bankers deliver a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions, leverage partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships, and create customer loyalty through a differentiated experience. They also perform lobby engagement, educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, manage risk by adhering to policies, and participate in daily branch operations efficiently and accurately.
