Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. Responsibilities include assisting customers with basic requests such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The individual will receive direction from managers, exercise judgment within defined policies, and develop an understanding of bank products and services to meet customer needs. They will interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, provide suitable options for bank products and services, and refer financial needs to other bankers and partners. This SAFE position requires customer contact and duties that may involve offering/negotiating terms and/or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, necessitating compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements, including acceptable background investigation results, and individuals in a SAFE position must also meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
