The Personal Banker provides excellent client service by offering appropriate products and services and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. This role involves engaging clients and prospects in financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover additional financial needs, making recommendations, and following through on commitments. The Personal Banker maintains direct contact with clients, providing proactive solutions and problem resolutions in alignment with the bank’s service standards. Key responsibilities include opening Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients, acting as a resource to Client Service Specialists by assisting with teller functions (including cash transactions), and supporting branch goals by identifying and referring bank products and services to internal business partners. The position also involves resolving client issues and requests with strong follow-through and building familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.
