About The Position

Responsible for delivering excellent customer experience to current and potential customers. Displays effective communication skills and exhibits knowledge of products and services offered. Identifies sales opportunities that will result in superior customer service connections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, some additional education in banking and/or financial planning would be helpful.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in sales is desirable, banking experience preferred.
• Completes all training including Compliance and Educational requirements of position.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer transactions and safeguards against fraud.
• Maintain 90% transaction and balancing records.
• Has basic knowledge of Dart Bank products and services.
• Assist customers with deposit account openings and maintenance requests.
• Identifies appropriate products through need based questioning to build and deepen customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and federal regulatory guidelines, following all compliance related policies, including audit and security procedures.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and follows up with any outstanding customer or operational issues.
• Provide superior customer service and proactively resolve all customer issues.
• Work with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customers’ needs and expectations, while taking ownership and accountability of customer issues and complaints.
• Responsible for sales goals to expand the customer base through consultative sales techniques and Customer Relationship Management program.
• Perform a wide variety of customer service transactions as needed.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with and holds others accountable for behaviors consistent with our Dart Bank Commitment.
• Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
