Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. Responsibilities include assisting customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The banker will receive direction from managers, exercise judgment within defined policies, and develop an understanding of bank products to meet customer needs. The position requires interacting with customers to build relationships, provide banking options, and refer financial needs to other partners. As a SAFE position, it involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements, including acceptable background investigation results and Loan Originator (LO) requirements under Regulation Z.
