Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships, proactively reaching out to customers, and proposing appropriate financial products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. The banker will assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. They will receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, developing an understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs. The position requires interacting with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, providing appropriate options for bank products and services, and referring customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed. This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
