This role is for an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) within the National Branch Network, part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers achieve financial success. It involves assisting customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications, while developing an understanding of bank products and services to meet customer needs. The role requires demonstrating care, building relationships, providing options for bank products, and referring customers to other bankers and partners as needed. This SAFE position involves customer contact and may include offering/negotiating terms and/or taking applications for dwelling secured transactions, requiring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
