The candidate will analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and assist with opening new accounts, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and IRAs. Additionally, the role includes discussing and selling loan products to both existing and prospective customers, as well as promoting online and mobile banking capabilities. The candidate will also be responsible for meeting customer expectations, achieving service quality standards, and participating in the sales referral process. The position requires maintaining and balancing a cash box, utilizing technology effectively, and acting as a Vault Teller to ensure adequate branch cash for daily transactions. Community involvement and compliance with the Bank's Code of Conduct are also essential aspects of the role.
