About The Position

As a Personal Banker at PNC, you will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships through a defined sales process. Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
  • Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
