About The Position
The position involves providing exceptional customer service in accordance with Valley's mission statement. The role requires engaging customers with friendly and professional service, educating them about all Bank products and services, and cross-selling various offerings. The candidate will analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and assist with opening new accounts, discussing loan products, and promoting online and mobile banking services. Additionally, the role includes meeting customer expectations, achieving service quality standards, and participating in the sales referral process. The candidate will also act as a Vault Teller, ensuring adequate branch cash for daily transactions and assisting in community events.
