Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI, and Outlook.
• Strong math skills and ability to perform 10-key typing.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate automated technology to teach clients self-service skills.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Prior banking experience or familiarity with lending.
• Experience in retail or consumer service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal and business banking solutions to improve their financial health.
• Open new accounts and discuss or originate loans for clients.
• Introduce and demonstrate digital and self-service banking options to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff through various channels including phone and video chat.
• Make out-of-office calls to businesses and community organizations to foster relationships.
• Develop necessary competencies and certifications to support branch performance goals.
• Adhere to bank policies and federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act.
