About The Position

The Personal Banker represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate services to customers. The role involves expanding the customer base through technical knowledge of retail services, products, and selling techniques. The Personal Banker is responsible for opening a variety of business and consumer deposit accounts after determining the customer's needs. Additionally, the position includes performing Teller job functions such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, stop payments, cashier checks, and money orders, as well as processing account holds. The Personal Banker resolves a variety of customer complaints and inquiries and maintains contact with customers through telephone or written communication as required.
