About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and providing appropriate banking products and services to help customers succeed financially. The position involves assisting customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications while ensuring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions.
  • Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
