About The Position
The Personal Banker plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment that inspires, motivates, challenges, supports, and recognizes exceptional performance. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions. The Personal Banker focuses on daily sales initiatives and proactively interacts with customers to discuss their banking needs, both in person and via phone. Significant time is spent on outbound calls for customer onboarding, prospecting new retail customers, and cross-selling banking relationships. Additionally, the Personal Banker assists the Banking Center Manager in outside sales activities and participates in community service opportunities.
