About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to provide support across various branch locations within the Princeton District. This role involves assisting customers with their banking needs, building relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service while adapting to changing priorities. The position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and involves customer interaction, product offerings, and teamwork to meet customer financial needs.

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across a variety of branch locations where a banker or teller is out of the office.
• Participate in delivering exceptional customer experience through proactive outreach.
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts and completing service requests.
• Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
