About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to provide support across various branch locations within a specific geography. This role is part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while being adaptable to changing priorities. The position involves assisting customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications, while also building relationships and connecting customers to appropriate bank products and services.

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across a variety of branch locations where a banker or teller is out of the office or to temporarily cover vacancies.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings while meeting customer needs.
• Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach.
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Receive direction from managers and exercise judgement within defined policies and procedures.
• Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
• Provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customers.
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
