About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to provide support across various branch locations within a specific geography. This role involves assisting customers with their banking needs, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments, as well as compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act.

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action.

Nice To Haves

• Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
• Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across a variety of branch locations where a banker or teller is out of the office.
• Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experience through proactive outreach.
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts and completing service requests.
• Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
