About The Position

The Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) position involves providing World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations. The role includes processing transactions in the general areas of savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services, as well as promoting credit union products and services to build relationships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of previous related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Processes transactions in the general areas of savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Performs various file maintenance including processing requests for a change of address, check orders, and ordering ATM cards.
• Assists with the morning and evening preparation of the branch and other team members as needed throughout the day.
• Has working knowledge of credit union savings and consumer loan products and all services.
• Processes new memberships, additional share accounts, savings services, consumer loan requests and general consumer loan fundings as requested by Members.
• Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations.

Benefits
