About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and providing appropriate banking products and services to help customers succeed financially. The position involves customer interaction, account management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
