About The Position

Requirements

• One year of experience handling cash proficiently.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Bank Teller.
• Working knowledge of bank deposit procedures and lending products.
• Basic sales skills and experience promoting products.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, friendly, and efficient customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients.
• Open and maintain various types of accounts including checking, savings, and retirement accounts.
• Handle all teller functions including deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and promote banking products that align with customers' financial needs.
• Establish and deepen customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Ensure compliance with bank security policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Support branch operations with day-to-day transactions as needed.
