The Personal Banker is responsible for supporting customers with routine banking needs by opening accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring documentation and regulatory requirements are met accurately. This role focuses on operational execution, compliance, and service quality while providing a positive customer experience. The Personal Banker applies sound judgment within established guidelines and supports branch operations through consistent, accurate execution of banking activities.
