This candidate will provide excellent service to customers in a professional and friendly manner, develop expertise with Vision Bank products and services, accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, and fully comply with company and industry policies and regulations. Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and/or handling cash is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and a tremendous technical aptitude to learn systems quickly.
• Basic math skills are required.

• Deliver exceptional experiences to build, expand, and retain long-term customer relationships with individuals and small business customers.
• Perform efficient transactions and develop relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals.
• Prioritize customer demands and time sensitive requests while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with multiple lines of business to meet customers’ needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all banking products and services along with company systems.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulations.
