As a Personal Banker I at Frost Bank, you will be the first point of contact for many customers, setting the standard for what it means to bank with us. Your duties will include providing teller services such as deposits, payments, and check cashing, all in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. You will also maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlements of teller cash and proof transactions, actively managing risk and practicing loss prevention. Additionally, you will attend both teller and personal banking training to stay current with information and remain familiar with applicable policies, laws, regulations, and Bank Secrecy Act policies. Building relationships with clients is a key aspect of this role; you will strive to be their point of contact, ensuring they know your name and you know theirs. Your role will involve providing advice and guidance to help customers along their financial journey, making a significant impact on their banking experience.
