The hiring range for this opportunity is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. As a Personal Banker you will establish and grow relationships of trust with Tri Counties Bank's customers by listening to them with attention and care, learning about their financial circumstances, assisting them with transactions, and expertly introducing them to products and services that address their needs and goals.
