Requirements

• Minimum of two years customer service experience with at least one year of relationship development experience in the financial industry, or three years relational sales experience.
• Knowledge of personal computer operation and ability to keyboard 35 wpm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to the branch and delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Engaging with customers to build and deepen relationships by uncovering banking needs.
• Cross-selling multiple products, services, and solutions to provide customers with value-added services.
• Opening and updating consumer and business accounts.
• Demonstrating advanced knowledge of consumer and business digital platforms.
• Providing expert skills in Cash Management services and making recommendations.
• Directing, coaching, and mentoring other branch employees.
• Assisting customers with personal loan and credit card services.
• Performing teller corrections, approving customer transactions, and verifying and sending wires.
• Abiding by bank policies and complying with all required regulatory requirements.

Benefits

• $22.75/hour minimum salary, plus 10% differential.
• Job/salary offer commensurate with experience.
• Monday-Friday schedule.
