• Assist clients with account inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution.

• Identify sales and referral opportunities to meet related goals.
• Maintain privacy of customer account information and ensure compliance with policies.
• Establish and maintain effective business relations with clients.
• Complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.
• Support Treasury Management with new accounts and services for clients.
• Ensure work areas are clean, secure, and well maintained.
