About The Position
BNC National Bank is looking for a positive, detail-oriented, and committed individual to fill an open Personal Banker role at our Downtown Bismarck/South branch! If you have experience in cash-handling, provide excellent customer service, and want to build a lasting a career, then come grow with the BNC Team! As part of our consumer deposit and relationship management team, as a Personal Banker you will provide the proactive, friendly and efficient customer service that builds our consumer and small business customers' trust and loyalty. Personal Bankers provide professional delivery of all primary deposit and withdrawal services to clients, to include all teller functions as well as opening of new checking, savings, certificates of deposit, retirement and ODP accounts.
