About The Position
FCB Banks is seeking a dedicated and energetic Personal Banker to join our team in Collinsville, IL. As a locally owned community bank, we pride ourselves on delivering a broad range of banking products and services with exceptional customer service. The Personal Banker will play a crucial role in handling customer transactions professionally while ensuring prompt and accurate service. This position requires a friendly and helpful demeanor, as well as the ability to cross-sell bank products and services effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relations with customers, addressing inquiries, and referring them to the appropriate service areas when necessary. The Personal Banker will also be expected to comply with all company policies and regulations, ensuring a high level of confidentiality with customer information. The role involves various responsibilities, including accepting deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks, and maintaining an adequate cash drawer. The Personal Banker will also handle miscellaneous banking services such as cashiers checks, money orders, and utility payments. Additionally, the position may require working overtime, reconciling Automated Teller Machines, and assisting with inventory and supply orders. The Personal Banker will contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the bank and may be involved in opening and closing the bank as needed. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts, and offers a supportive work environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
